In her second of two interviews, Congregation B’nai Abraham (Butler, Pa.) Cantor Michal Gray-Schaffer reminisces about her mother being a strong woman who was able to reinvent herself. The Cantor recalls her intellectual and religious pursuits. She shares that she felt like a Jewish Soul in a Methodist’s body and began seeking in college. She recalls her conversation at Rodef Shalom Congregation.
