Virginia and Ruth Klein both worked for their family restaurant for much of their lives. In addition to business affairs, Virginia Klein-Holzman was interested in art and oversaw a major renovation of the restaurant. Ruth Klein Fischman worked behind the scenes before taking a full time role. The sisters are seen on a vacation to Long Island, where Ruth’s daughter Jeanne Fischman Schimmel and son-in-law Don Schimmel lived with their two children.
