Marcus and Nell Feuchtwanger were married in Pittsburgh and moved to New Castle about 1900, when he took a position with the Standard Brewing Company. The couple were well regarded in New Castle, and asked to help organize a centennial celebration for the town in 1925, as seen in these photographs of committee members.
