Marjorie Spector took dance classes from Gene Kelly as a child. A half-century later, she attended a ceremony at the East Liberty Presbyterian Church, where Mayor Richard Caliguiri named a street in Kelly’s honor and presented a sign to Kelly’s sister, Louise Kelly Bailey.
