Aaron Siegal (center, third from right) immigrated to the United States in 1907 with three of his six children and was later joined by his wife Rachel Gross Siegal (center, fourth from right) and his remaining children. Their children were Jennie and her husband Sam Shaffer (center, far left and second from left), Isadore and his wife Rose Berkowitz Siegel (center, third and fourth from left), Hyman and his wife Sara Siegal (back, third and fourth from left), Louis Siegal (not pictured), Samuel Siegal (back, second from left) and Rebecca and her husband Max Smilovitz (center, far right and second from right). Their grandchildren include Ethel Shaffer (front, far left), Ben Siegal (front, second from left), Ida Shaffer (front, third from left), Goldie Smilovitz (front, second from right), Dora Smilovitz (front, far right) and Rebecca Siegal (back, far left).
