Louis Berez turns the first shovel of dirt for the construction of the Saw Mill Run Boulevard headquarters of Associated Hardware Supply Company, a company he founded in 1917. His son-in-law Bob Buchwach (third from right) took over as president after Berez retired. His son Ernest Berez (far right) became CEO of the company in the late 1970s, by which time the company had become known as Action Industries Inc.
