A group of mostly Lithuanian immigrants founded Agudath Achim Congregation in Beaver Falls, Pa. in 1904 and built a synagogue on the corner of 5th Avenue and 6th Street in 1914. The congregation remained in the synagogue until the late 1950s, when it joined the new United Jewish Community Center.
