Obituary for Benjamin Harris Root. Originally from the Bronx, N.Y., Root lived in Barnesboro,, Pa. with his wife Cheryl Charlson. He was a founding board member of the Cambria County Community College, co-founder of the Barnesboro Public Library, and co-founded of the Coal County Medical Center.
