Beth Jacob Congregation, in West Aliquippa, Pa., built a brick and tile synagogue at 325 Main Avenue in 1918. In 1923, the congregation purchased a home in the 300 block of River Avenue for its longtime spiritual leader, Rev. Samuel Klein.
