Rabbi Jules Lipschutz installation

Tifereth Israel in New Castle installed Rabbi Jules Lipschutz at a ceremony at the Jefferson Street synagogue. Rabbi Bernard Poupko of Shaare Torah Synagogue in Pittsburgh delivered the invocation.
