The Coraopolis, Pa. chapter of the National Council of Jewish Women was one of the first Jewish organizations in the city, founded in 1921. These minutes from the first year of the organization show the transition from a Jewish women’s society primary focused on social events to a chapter of the NCJW responsible for running a local religious school.
