Rabbi S. Prager of Agudath Achim Congregation in Beaver Falls, Pa. and three congregants met in the home of William Levinson in late 1947 to form a Men’s Club. The minutes of the first eight meetings show the organization holding Talmud classes and toasting the passage of the Partition Plan for Palestine.
