Program from dedication service for a Troah scroll sponsored by the Allegheny County Council of the Jewish War Veterans. Service held at at the Veterans Administration Hospital on Leech Farm Road in Pittsburgh. Service led by Hospital Director Dr. Daniel Atoman and chaplain Rabbi Jason Z. Edelstein.
