Newspaper article announcing that 20 members of four 12th Ward election boards will be charged with election fraud after tampering with ballots. Maurice Nernberg, handwriting expert, investigated said ballots for three weeks before disclosing his findings. Nernberg helped convict more than 100 people in a voter fraud case in Pittsburgh a decade prior.
