Congregation B’nai Abraham Anshe Sfard purchased and renovated a Presbyterian Church at the corner of Reed Street and Waddell Avenue in Clairton, Pa. in 1918 and remained in the building for almost sixty years, until selling its assets in 1979 and 1980.
