From its founding in 1958, Beth Israel Center viewed its mission as providing comprehensive services for the local Jewish community. This copy includes notations for amendments made through the years, as the congregation was preparing a second issue in 1975. The congregation also issued version in 1985, 1992, 1995 and 2004.
