Approximately 80 years after its founding in 1906, Beth Israel Congregation in Latrobe was feeling the pressure of an aging and shrinking membership. One of the first big steps the congregation took toward considering the future was a vote, in 1986, to guide how assets would be spent if the congregation were to dissolve.
