Agudath Achim Congregation in Beaver Falls, Pa. adopted a new constitution and bylaws in 1952, about seven years before becoming associated with the new United Jewish Community. The new bylaws describe both the traditional nature of the congregation and its purpose as a cultural and social center for the community.
