B’nai Israel (E. Liverpool) dedication program

Temple B’nai Israel dedicated its synagogue on Fifth Street in East Liverpool, Ohio, in 1922, under the leadership of Rabbi I. E. Philo of Youngstown, Ohio and congregation President Gus Bendheim.
