A small group of Jews in Warren chartered First Warren Hebrew Congregation Tefaires Israel in May 1906, after meeting informally for several years. According to this photocopy, the co-signers of the charter were Isaac Klein, Morris Rothschild, J. Waxman, Robert Pinsky and Louis Laboritz.
